At Evan Aube Creative, every digital resource is built to give photographers and creative business owners something they can act on right away. Because these are digital products, delivered instantly, all sales are final once a purchase is accessed or downloaded.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on digital products. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

Refunds aren't typically offered on digital purchases. That said, we'll provide a replacement or refund in these situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order
• You received the wrong product
• Your file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we can't deliver a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe
• A technical issue on our end prevented delivery of your purchase

Order Issues

If you run into trouble accessing your purchase, reach out within 7 days of your order. Please include:

• The email address used for your purchase
• Your order number, if you have it
• A quick description of the issue

We'll review your request and work to resolve it promptly.

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products are licensed for use by a single purchaser. Products may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared, or otherwise reproduced without prior written permission.
